FIRST TIME CLIENT INTRODUCTORY TRIAL OFFERS 


GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING:

2 Weeks, 4 Sessions. $149.

Your personal strength & conditioning program leveraging proven Metabolic Resistance Training to create a muscle tone building, fat burning and metabolism boosting workout.  Your OWN program. Paired with max 3 others to 1 top certified coach. Work with certified personal trainers who will take you through a focused workout with a big emphasis on form and strength.  Take part in our semi-private personal training session where you will work out with MAXIMUM 3 others and experience our motto -- Together Stronger.  It doesn’t matter who you are training next to because the workout is tailored to meet you where you are and push you to become better.

 

HOW IT WORKS:

  1. Try It: Book a call below so that we can hear about your goals and tell you more about how the program workouts.  We want to make sure we are a good fit for the goals you are trying to reach. 
  2. Train: We set you up with your 2 week trial that includes 4 sessions.  When coming in for your first session please arrive 15 minutes early so that you can go through our facility orientation and the trainer can guide you in a movement assessment so we can assign you the proper exercises. 
  3. Sign Up: Book your remaining trial sessions through the front desk. Once you move past the trial to become a Client, you will book your sessions through our online app.   

 


HIIT (HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING)

TWO CLASSES. $40.

1 month expiration (first time Clients only)

TS has developed a class that takes high intensity interval training into a more personalized experience.  With 8 people max trainers can adjust exercises and weights to make sure clients are getting the best workout possibly.  This class is great for torching calories and a great complement to our Group Personal Training.
