Noam Tamir, Founder & Fitness Coach
Noam opened TS Fitness with the vision of creating a community-rich fitness environment that people really looked forward to coming to. His staff is not just made up of top-notch coaches but great people that make members feel connected and valued. Noam is inspired by getting people feeling better and accomplishing whatever goals they have. When he's not at TS Fitness, you can find him enjoying live music and spending time with his family.

Henry Halse, Fitness Coach & Head of Programming
Henry is a personal trainer from New Jersey. He got into fitness to improve his tennis game then started training his friends. After graduating with a degree in Exercise Science from Ithaca College, Henry moved to Boston to work with athletes. He then moved to Philadelphia, where he was an independent personal trainer for three years. He's also a fitness writer, and currently writes for livestrong.com. Henry believes that becoming fit is a Sisyphean task, so the key is to do workouts and activities that you enjoy. Outside of the gym, Henry likes to play tennis, travel, and read.

Elvin James, Fitness Coach & Vegan
Being a coach allows Elvin to partake in two of his favorite aspects of life: being able to be helpful by assisting clients in reaching their fitness goals and meeting both clients and trainers from all walks of life. Elvin lives by three “F’s”: family, food, and fitness. He believes that family is a strong support system will help to propel us to the heights we’re all trying to reach. As for food, he feels that sticking to a healthy, balanced diet is the key to achieving your goals. And finally fitness-- being consistent with your exercise regimen gets results, When he isn’t coaching you can find Elvin shooting hoops, playing baseball, and spending time with his dog.

Alejandro Terrazas, Fitness Coach & Online Trainer
Coming to the United States from Bolivia when Alejandro was only 14 was a challenge, from learning a new culture, to language to overall lifestyle. His struggle with being bullied and always being told that he was incapable of anything made his life a true challenge. As he grew older he developed the skill to attain confidence and mental strength through fitness, allowing himself to become a lion who tears his fears apart. In a society where we lack self confidence and motivation, Alejandro believes as a coach his job is to help any client truly master their fears through training. And by becoming stronger, powerful and unleashing themselves from those chains of “you can’t”. He motivates every single client to make their own shadow, and develop a new and stronger healthy lifestyle. He's here to help you live longer.

Chelsey Yearian, Fitness/nutrition Coach and Assistant Manager
Chelsey has worked at a variety of studios in New York and across the country. As a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, Chelsey is less about striving for diet perfection and more about encouraging you to eat the occasional donut with your kale salad, She’s a fan of short bios, chocolate chip cookies, coffee, and Phoebe Buffay.

Grisselle Romero, Fitness Coach
Grisselle began her career in fitness by working at the front desk at a health boutique. She was then introduced to fitness programing and martial arts, hooking her right away.
Grisselle thinks of fitness as preventative medicine because it not only makes you feel good but also helps you look good. It's an empowers a healthy lifestyle, both mentally and physically.
Outside of the gym, you can find Grisselle reading history books, practicing Brazilian jiu-jitsu, or roller skating when the summer comes around.
Sofia Pellegrom, Fitness Coach
Sophia is a personal trainer, barre instructor, freelance dancer, and proud Barnard graduate originally from the Twin Cities, Minnesota. With a background in classical ballet, she enjoys a creative and form-first approach to training but was never encouraged to build strength due to the aesthetic demands of the sport. However, she soon discovered the joys of feeling powerful through strength training and never looked back. She strives to create a welcoming and encouraging environment for every person to reach their health goals and build confidence and appreciation for their own body’s potential! She’ll push you to work hard, but not without a warm Midwestern smile.
When not in the gym or dance studio, you can find Sophia experimenting with new ways to cook plants, listening to true crime podcasts, or indulging her inner Ravenclaw with books and puzzles.
Dimara Coulouras, Member services & Dancer
Dimara is a dancer native to Massachusetts. After receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Dance Performance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, she moved to NYC to pursue her professional dance career. Since graduating, Dimara has performed in various dance companies and performed solo and group work all over the city. Fitness has always been a part of her life in support of her dance training. She believes that fitness is the best way to achieve maximum physical and mental health, especially when preventing injuries. When she is not dancing or at the gym, Dimara works at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in client relations and is an avid art and fashion enthusiast.
KEISHA OSEI, Member services
Keisha Osei is a New York City native and graduated from Ithaca college with a degree in Public and Community Health with an emphasis in Health Science.
Over-time, fitness has become an essential part of Keisha’s life. She believes that being engaged with your physical and mental health has shown to be beneficial and even make you happier when you see results. “With consistency and dedication, you can achieve wellness goals with the right support structure”, said Keisha.
Outside of TS, Keisha works as an Administrative/Data Analyst for a non-profit organization that works with Behavioral Health patients.
