Founded in 2011 by seasoned trainer Noam Tamir, TS Fitness focuses on training through empowerment, education, and community. Our premier Upper East Side studio is unlike other personal training gyms where trainers see their own book of clients. Instead, TS Fitness has created a house system that combines the benefits of Personal Training with the energy of community.
Our Personal Training leverages proven Metabolic Resistance Training to create a muscle tone building, fat burning, and metabolism boosting workout. This is not a one size-fits all approach: your training is personalized to your body and goals. We create a program for you.
In addition to our Personal Training, we also offer Group Fitness classes that leverage High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). These classes are an excellent way to torch calories and experience our personalized approach to fitness.
Our personalized and progressive programs focused on Metabolic Resistance Training with measured results and provides you with new programs monthly. You receive the dedicated attention of a coach and the energy of a community.
Our small group sessions of up to 8 people leverage cardio and strength for cross-training. Perfect to pair with Group Personal Training or as a part of standalone routine.
Our circuit style training uses a mix of rowers, bands, free weights, kettlebells, AirDyne Bikes, and VersaClimbers.
