About TS Fitness

The TS Fitness program, Tamir Systems, focuses on getting fit efficiently through expertly designed training plans and classes. We coach and empower people to achieve their goals through movement and nutrition. Our philosophy around training is to make sure that our client’s fundamental movements are intact. In order to build a person toward whatever goal they may have, you must make sure their foundation is strong and from there you can challenge their body in limitless amounts of ways.
Noam Tamir has over 15 years of experience in the industry working with clients,  developing exercise programs and educating fitness professionals.  His vision of creating a strong fitness community starts with the team around him.  Instructors constantly go through self-development,  fitness education and are hand picked to be part of the TS Team.
